Assess network capacity under multiple demand scenarios, locate bottlenecks and propose engineering improvements.
Method
Extracted network from OSM, converted via netconvert; assigned demand with duarouter from an OD matrix, ramped demand to saturation; ranked links by V/C ratio and queue length to find bottlenecks.
